Katherine Rich (née Allison, born 16 December 1967) served as a member of the New Zealand House of Representatives for the National Party from 1999 to 2008. She was chief executive of the New Zealand Food & Grocery Council, an industry lobby group, from 2009 to 2022, and in 2024 she was appointed chief executive of BusinessNZ.
