Katie Rose Miller (née Waldman; born October 1991) is an American political advisor who served as an advisor and spokeswoman to the Department of Government Efficiency from January to May 2025 when she departed DOGE to work for Elon Musk privately as he left the department. She served as the communications director for Vice President Mike Pence from 2020 to 2021 and had served as his press secretary from 2019 to 2020. She served as a deputy press secretary at the United States Department of Homeland Security from 2017 to 2019.
