Kaunas State Philharmonic (Lithuanian: Kauno valstybinė filharmonija) is located in the former Palace of Justice and the Parliament (Lithuanian: Lietuvos Teisingumo ir Seimo rūmai). The building was designed by the engineer and architect Edmund Fryk.
