Khertek Amyrbitovna Anchimaa-Toka (1 January 1912 – 4 November 2008) was a Tuvan and Soviet politician who was the Chairwoman of Little Khural of the Tuvan People's Republic from 1940 to 1944, and was the first non-royal female head of state in history. She was the wife of Salchak Toka, who was the republic's general secretary from 1932 to 1973.
