The Khoy massacre (Syriac: ܣܝܦܐ ܕ ܚܡܪܐ, romanized: sypa d ḥmra) was a massacre that occurred in 1918 during World War I, in which Kurdish Forces under the Ottoman Empire attacked the town of Khoy in northwestern Iran, killing approximately 3,500 Assyrians. The massacre was part of the Assyrian Genocide.
