Khuza'a (Arabic: خزاعة) was a Palestinian town in the Khan Yunis Governorate in the southern Gaza Strip. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, Khuza'a had a population of 11,388 inhabitants in 2017. The town was entirely destroyed as a result of the Gaza war.

The town of Khuza'a was around 500 metres from the Green Line.
