Kim Kwan-yong (Korean: 김관용; born November 29, 1942) has been the 29th, 30th and 31st governor of North Gyeongsang Province, South Korea. He is currently the 20th Executive Vice-President of the National Unification Advisory Council since 11 October 2022. He was also the mayor of Gumi from 1995 to 1997, serving again in 2006. He is a member of the Grand National Party.
