Kaarma-Kirikuküla is a village in Saaremaa Parish, Saare County in western Estonia. As of the 2011 census, the settlement's population was 18.
The diplomat, linguist, and folklorist Oskar Kallas (1868–1946) and his brother Rudolf Kallas were born in Kirikuküla as sons of the local vicar.
Before the administrative reform in 2017, the village was in Lääne-Saare Parish.
