The race, currently known as FireKeepers Casino 400 for sponsorship reasons, is currently held as a 200 lap, 400 mile (640 km) race. Denny Hamlin is the defending winner of the race.

A second race at the track was also held until 2020; prior to 2021, the only other season where only one race was held at the track was in 1973.
