Kristina M. Johnson (born May 7, 1957) is an American professorial electrical engineer, business executive and academic administrator. She is an elected member of the National Academy of Engineering.

She previously served as the 13th chancellor of the State University of New York from 2017 to 2020 and the 16th president of Ohio State University from 2020 to 2023. She has knowledge in the development of optoelectronic processing systems, 3-D imaging, and color-management systems.
