The Pentecôte River (French: Rivière Pentecôte, pronounced [ʁivjɛʁ pɑ̃tkot]) is a river in the Côte-Nord region or the province of Quebec, Canada. It is a tributary of the Gulf of Saint Lawrence, which it enters beside the community of Rivière-Pentecôte.
