Lauta (German) or Łuty (Upper Sorbian, pronounced [ˈwutɨ]) is a town in the district of Bautzen, in Saxony, Germany. It is situated in Lower Lusatia, 10 km west of Hoyerswerda, and 10 km southeast of Senftenberg.
