Lawrence M. Gama (19 January 1935 – 16 December 2009) was a Tanzanian CCM politician and Member of Parliament for Songea constituency from 1995 to 2005. Prior to that, he was the Head of the National Service (Jeshi la Kujenga Taifa - JKT) from May 1970 - January 1973, Regional Commissioner for the Dodoma, Ruvuma, Tabora, and Morogoro Regions, and Head of the Special Branch (precursor to the present day Tanzania Intelligence and Security Services - TISS).
