The leader of the New Democratic Party (French: chef du Nouveau Parti démocratique) is the highest position within Canada's federal New Democratic Party (NDP). The current leader is Don Davies, the member of Parliament for Vancouver Kingsway, who is serving as the interim leader following the resignation of Jagmeet Singh. The next permanent leader will be decided by the next New Democratic Party leadership election.
