Lee Jeong-mi (Korean: 이정미; born 7 February 1966 in Busan) is a South Korean politician. She was the leader of the Justice Party since from 28 October 2022 to 6 November 2023. and previously served as leader from 2017 to 2019 following the previous leadership tenures of Sim Sang-jung. She served as a member of the 20th National Assembly from 2016 to 2020.

In early December 2023, Lee announced on her personal Facebook page that a tumor was found in her right kidney during a health checkup, and surgery was completed in January 2024. She said that it was stage 1 kidney cancer, and since it was discovered early, it had not metastasized to other organs, so the surgery was not that difficult and that he would focus on recover. Lee did not run in the 2024 parliamentary election.
