Lei Haichao (Chinese: 雷海潮; pinyin: Léi Hǎicháo; born April 1968) is a Chinese public health expert and politician, currently serving as the head and party secretary of the National Health Commission, in office since May 2024. He served as a member of the World Health Organization's Western Pacific region health research advisory committee from 2005 to 2008.
