Leonid Yurivich Dzapshba (Abkhaz: Леонид Иури-иҧа Ӡаҧшьба; born January 1, 1961) is a two-time Minister for Internal Affairs of Abkhazia, a former Presidential candidate and the former head of the Football Federation of Abkhazia.
