Lesparre-Médoc (French pronunciation: [lɛspaʁ medɔk] ⓘ; Occitan: L'Esparra de Medòc, [lespaˈra ˈde meˈðɔk]), commonly known as Lesparre (L'Esparra), is a commune in the Gironde department, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, southwestern France. It is a sub-prefecture of the department.
