This list of tallest buildings in Tainan ranks buildings in Tainan, Taiwan by height. Tainan is a city located in southern Taiwan, with a population of 1,874,917 as of 2020. It is the second largest city in southern Taiwan, after Kaohsiung. Relative to other major cities in Taiwan, Tainan has relatively few tall buildings. The tallest building in the city is Shangri-La's Far Eastern Plaza Hotel Tainan, a hotel built in 1993.

As of March 2024, Tainan has 14 buildings over 100 meters (328 feet) in height, but no buildings taller than 150 meters (492 feet).
