Liu Huaqiu (Chinese: 刘华秋; November 1939 – 18 November 2022) was a Chinese politician. He was a representative of the 13th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party. He was an alternate member of the 14th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. He was a member of the 15th and 16th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. He was a member of the 10th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
