Loksa is a town and municipality in Harju County, Estonia, best known for its shipping industry. Loksa is the northernmost town in Estonia.
The town is located on the estuary of the Valgejõgi River, which drains into Hara Bay, Gulf of Finland.
As of April 1, 2022, the town had a population of 2471.
