The Lombardia Trophy is an annual figure skating competition sanctioned by the International Skating Union (ISU), organized and hosted by the Italian Ice Sports Federation (Italian: Federazione Italiana Sport del Ghiaccio). The competition debuted in 2013 in Sesto San Giovanni, and when the ISU launched the ISU Challenger Series in 2014, the Lombardia Trophy was one of the inaugural competitions. The Lombardia Trophy has been a Challenger Series event nine times during its history as of 2024. Medals are awarded in men's singles, women's singles, pair skating, and ice dance; and when the event is part of the Challenger Series, skaters earn ISU World Standing points based on their results.
Shoma Uno of Japan currently holds the record for the most wins at the Lombardia Trophy in men's singles (with three), while Sara Conti and Niccolò Macii of Italy hold the record in pair skating (with three), and Charlène Guignard and Marco Fabbri, also of Italy, hold the record in ice dance (with eight). No one skater holds the record in women's singles as there has been a unique champion each time the event has been held.
