Luke Humphries (born 11 February 1995) is an English professional darts player who competes in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events, where he is currently ranked world number one. He is a former PDC World Champion, having won the 2024 World Championship, defeating Luke Littler in the final. He is the reigning World Matchplay, Premier League, Players Championship Finals and World Masters champion.

Nicknamed "Cool Hand Luke" in reference to the 1967 film, Humphries has won eight PDC major singles titles since his first at the 2023 World Grand Prix. He also won the 2024 World Cup of Darts for England, partnering Michael Smith. He won his first World Series of Darts title at the 2024 New Zealand Darts Masters.
