Wilson Hills (69°40′S 158°30′E / 69.667°S 158.500°E) is a group of scattered hills, nunataks and ridges that extend northwest–southeast about 70 nautical miles (130 km; 81 mi) between Matusevich Glacier and Pryor Glacier in Antarctica.
