Mansour bin Mutaib Al Saud (Arabic: منصور بن متعب آل سعود; born 1952) is a Saudi Arabian politician and academic who served as the minister of municipal and rural affairs of Saudi Arabia from 2009 to 2015. He has been a Minister of State since 2015. He is a member of House of Saud, a grandson of Saudi's founder King Abdulaziz.
