The Mapuá River (Portuguese: Rio Mapuá) is a river of Pará state in north-central Brazil. It is a left tributary of the Aramá River.
In August 1659, the Treaty of the Mapuá was signed here by Portuguese Jesuits led by António Vieira with various indigenous peoples who inhabited the Marajó Archipelago.
