María Jesús Montero Cuadrado (pronounced [maɾja xeˈsus monˈteɾo]; born 4 February 1966) is a Spanish hospital administrator and politician of the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE) who has been serving as Minister of Finance under Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez since 2018. In December 2023, she was promoted to First Deputy Prime Minister.
