Marco Jhonfai Fabián de la Mora (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈmaɾko faˈβjan]; born 21 July 1989) is a Mexican professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder. He is an Olympic gold medalist.

Fabián began his career in the youth academy of his hometown club Guadalajara, making his professional debut in 2007. Following a brief loan spell with Cruz Azul, he moved abroad to join Eintracht Frankfurt. Fabián went on to play for Philadelphia Union, Al Sadd, Juárez and Mazatlán before transitioning to amateur football.

Fabián represented Mexico at youth level before reaching a full cap with the senior team. He was initially included in the 2011 Copa América roster, but ultimately did not participate due to a violation of team discipline rules that occurred at the team's training facility in Quito. In 2012, as a competitor of the Mexico U-23 national team, Fabián helped Mexico qualify to the 2012 Summer Olympics and win the 2012 Toulon Tournament, where he was the top scorer. He was part of Mexico's roster who won the Olympic gold medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London after defeating Brazil in the final. Fabián would also go on to participate in the 2011 and 2013 CONCACAF Gold Cup, the 2015 Copa América, the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup, the 2014 and the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
