Marie Royce, (born Marie Thérèse Porter), is an American businesswoman, diplomat, and educator. She was the Assistant Secretary of State for Educational and Cultural Affairs from 2018 to 2021. She was nominated by President Donald Trump and was unanimously confirmed by the US Senate. Royce was succeeded by Lee Satterfield on November 23, 2021.
