Markuszów [marˈkuʂuf] is a village in Puławy County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. The first written mention of Markuszów dates from the year 1317. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Markuszów. It lies approximately 22 km (14 mi) east of Puławy and 25 km (16 mi) north-west of the regional capital Lublin.
