Masakazu Sekiguchi (関口 昌一, Sekiguchi Masakazu; born June 4, 1953) is a Japanese politician of the Liberal Democratic Party who serves as the President of the House of Councillors since 2024. A native of Chichibu District, Saitama and graduate of Josai Dental University (predecessor of Meikai University), he was elected to the House of Councillors in the National Diet for the first time in 2003 after serving in the assembly of Saitama Prefecture for three terms from 1995 to 2003.
