Mathias Mpuuga Nsamba (born 12 October 1975) is a Ugandan politician, lawyer, and teacher who served as the Leader of the Opposition from 2021 to 2024. He served as the area member of Parliament for Masaka District from 2011 to 2021.

He is the current Member of Parliament representing Nyendo-Mukungwe Division, a newly created constituency following the elevation of Masaka Municipality into a city. Mpuuga also served as Deputy President of the National Unity Platform (NUP) Political party led by Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu (Bobi Wine) From 2021 to 2024.When he was suspended by the party.

He is currently a commissioner in the parliament of Uganda.
