Matia Kasaija (born 28 May 1944) is a Ugandan politician and diplomat who serves as the current Minister of Finance of Uganda, a position he has served in since March 2015.
From 27 May 2011 until 28 February 2015, he served as the State Minister for Finance (Planning) in the Cabinet of Uganda. He replaced Ephraim Kamuntu, who was promoted to Minister of Tourism. Before that, he served as the State Minister for Internal Affairs, from 1 June 2006 until May 2011. He is also the elected Member of Parliament for "Buyanja County", Kibaale District.
