Medenine (Arabic: مدنين Mednīn; French: Médenine) is one of the 24 governorates (provinces) of Tunisia, it had a population of 537,255 (2024 census) situated in the south-east, it includes djerba island and borders Libya to the east. The capital is Mednine.
