Michael Talbert Kopech (born April 30, 1996) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Los Angeles Dodgers of Major League Baseball (MLB). He previously played in MLB for the Chicago White Sox. He was selected by the Boston Red Sox in the first round of the 2014 MLB draft and made his MLB debut in 2018 with the White Sox. Kopech was traded to the Dodgers at the 2024 trade deadline and won the World Series with the team that year.
