Michalis Konstantinou (Greek: Μιχάλης Κωνσταντίνου; born 19 February 1978) is a Cypriot former professional footballer who played as a striker. He played for the Cyprus national football team, and he is the all-time leading scorer with 32 goals in 78 appearances. He also played for Iraklis, Panathinaikos and Olympiacos in Greece.
