Michael P. McCoy (born April 1, 1972) is an American football coach and former player who is a senior offensive assistant for the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League (NFL). He has previously spent time as the quarterbacks coach for the Carolina Panthers and Jacksonville Jaguars, the offensive coordinator of the Denver Broncos and Arizona Cardinals, and four seasons as head coach of the San Diego Chargers from 2013 to 2016.
