The Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration (Irish: An tAire Dlí agus Cirt, Gnóthaí Baile agus Imirce) is a senior minister in the Government of Ireland and leads the Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration. The Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration has overall responsibility for law and order in Ireland.

The current Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration is Jim O'Callaghan, TD.

He is assisted by two Ministers of State:
