Mitchell David Trubisky (/trˈbɪski/ troo-BISS-kee; born August 20, 1994) is an American professional football quarterback for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the North Carolina Tar Heels and was selected second overall by the Chicago Bears in the 2017 NFL draft.

Trubisky's most successful season was in 2018 when he led the Bears to their first division title since 2010, earning him Pro Bowl honors. Due to inconsistent play, he was not re-signed by the Bears after his rookie contract expired in 2021 and spent one season as a backup with the Buffalo Bills. He joined the Pittsburgh Steelers the following year, alternating as the starter and backup for two seasons before rejoining the Bills in 2024.
