Nasrollah Moein Najafabadi (born 20 January 1952) (Persian: نصرالله معین نجفآبادی, romanized: Nasrollâh Moein Najafâbâdi), known professionally as Moein (Persian: معین, Persian pronunciation: [moˈ(ʔ)in]), is an Iranian pop and traditional music singer. He started his career in music and singing at the age of 18. His first official song called Yeki Ra Doost Midaram was published in 1979 and made him famous. After the 1979 revolution in Iran and as a result of imposing restrictions on music activists, Moein immigrated to the United States, where he pursued his career with the release of his first official album called Miparstam.
