Muhammad Faishal bin Ibrahim Khan Surattee (Jawi: محمد فيصل إبراهيم; born 16 June 1968) is a Singaporean politician who has been serving as Minister of State for Home Affairs and Minister of State for National Development concurrently since 2020. A member of the governing People's Action Party (PAP), he was the Member of Parliament representing the Nee Soon Central division of Nee Soon GRC from 2011 to 2025. Since 2025, Faishal is a Member of Parliament for the newly redrawn Marine Parade-Braddell Heights GRC, representing Kampong Ubi-Kembangan.

Before entering politics, Faishal was an associate professor at the National University of Singapore's Department of Real Estate. He made his political debut in the 2006 general election as part of a six-member PAP team contesting in Marine Parade GRC and they won by an uncontested walkover. Faishal thus became a Member of Parliament, representing the Kaki Bukit ward of Marine Parade GRC. During the 2011 general election onwards, he was a member of the team contesting Nee Soon GRC, and he has retained his seat in back to back elections. Faishal was redeployed to the PAP team contesting Marine Parade-Braddell Heights GRC for the 2025 General Election. The team won in an uncontested walkover, making him the MP-elect for the division of Kampong Ubi-Kembangan in the GRC.

In 2012, he was appointed Parliamentary Secretary. He was promoted to Minister of State in 2020, and currently holds portfolios in the Home Affairs and National Development Ministries.
