Mukul Dev Kaushal (/ˈmʊkʊl dɛb ˈkaʊʃəl/; 17 September 1970 – 23 May 2025) was an Indian television and film actor. He was renowned for his roles in Hindi and Punjabi films, TV series, and music albums, and also appeared in Bengali, Malayalam, Kannada, and Telugu films. He received the 7th Amrish Puri Award for Excellence in Acting for his performance in the film Yamla Pagla Deewana. He died at the age of 54 on 23 May 2025, following a brief illness.
