Muneer Mulaffer (born 23 March 1980) is a Sri Lankan politician, educator, and Islamic preacher who currently serves as the Deputy Minister of National Integration in the Ministry of Justice and National Integration. He is a member of the National People's Power alliance and represents the Gampaha Electoral District in the Parliament of Sri Lanka, having been elected in the 2024 Sri Lankan parliamentary election.
