Mykhailo Andriiovych Holubets (Ukrainian: Михайло Андрійович Голубець; 30 October 1930 – 14 August 2016) was a Ukrainian environmental scientist and politician who served as a People's Deputy of Ukraine from Kalush between 1990 and 1994. He was a member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
Holubets was a laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in Science and Technology, and he served as the vice-president of the Forestry Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. He held the position of honorary director of the NASU Institute of Ecology of the Carpathians. He also was an honorary doctor of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
