Nan-e nokhodchi (Persian: نان نخودچی), also called Shirini-e nokhodchi (شیرینی نخودچی), are cookies made from chickpeas originating in Qazvin, Iran. These are traditionally made from chick-pea flour and flavored with cardamom and garnished with pistachio. They come in varying shapes.
