Narayan Pal (born 15 April 1965) is an Indian politician. He had served as the National Coordinator of Kisan Congress and is responsible for the regions of Andaman Nicobar, Lakshadweep, and Goa. Narayan Pal is a two-time Member of the Legislative Assembly (Uttarakhand), having served from 2002 to 2012. He was affiliated with the Indian National Congress party and has held various positions within the party, including leader of Vidhan Mandal Dal and Chairman of the Assurance Committee in the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly. He left the Congress party and joined the Bahujan Samaj Party in 2022.
