National Day of Oman

National Day (Arabic: اليوم الوطني العماني, alyawm alwataniu aleumaniu) is an official holiday in the Sultanate of Oman and the main one in the country. The holiday celebrates the date of the founding of the Al Bu Said dynasty, which has ruled Oman since 1744.
