New Murabba (Arabic: المربع الجديد, romanized: al-Murabbaʿ al-Jadīd, lit.'The New Murabba') is a mixed-use real estate development under construction in northwestern Riyadh and easternmost Diriyah, Saudi Arabia. It was announced in February 2023 by Saudi crown prince Mohammed bin Salman as the world's largest modern downtown project. Named after Riyadh's al-Murabba neighborhood, it is part of Saudi Vision 2030 and would contain the Mukaab, a 400-meters tall cuboid skyscraper. It will be the world's second climate-controlled indoor city, after the Mohammed Bin Rashid City in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The downtown will be situated at an intersection of King Khalid Road and King Salman Road. The downtown will sit on two neighborhoods of Riyadh and three neighborhoods of Diriyah. Its eastern part will be carved out from al-Malqa and partially al-Qirawan districts of Riyadh's al-Shemal sub-municipality whereas its western portion will consist of al-Salmaniyah, al-Malik and partially al-Malqah neighborhoods of the Diriyah Governorate.
