New York's 21st congressional district is a congressional district for the United States House of Representatives that is represented by Republican Elise Stefanik. On November 11, 2024, President Donald Trump announced his intention to nominate Stefanik to serve as the United States Ambassador to the United Nations. However he withdrew the nomination on March 27, 2025.

The district is primarily rural, but it also includes the cities of Ogdensburg, Glens Falls, Rome, and Plattsburgh. The district includes most of the Adirondack Mountains and the Thousand Islands region. It borders Vermont to the east and Canada to the north. It also includes Fort Drum of the U.S. Army.
