New York City's 11th City Council district is one of 51 districts in the New York City Council. It has been represented by Democrat Eric Dinowitz since a 2021 special election to succeed fellow Democrat Andrew Cohen. In 2025, Dinowitz faced his first primary challenger since 2021. Danielle Herbert-Guggenheim announced her candidacy on December 8th 2024. The primary date is set for June 24, 2025.
